All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout; for pre-loved hot tubs you may instead secure your order with a £99 deposit, with the balance payable no later than 48 hours before delivery.

The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access and a suitable, structurally sound, level base, and for arranging any crane or lifting equipment where required, as described on our Delivery & Installation page. Failed deliveries caused by inadequate access or preparation may incur a re-delivery charge.

Please inspect goods on delivery and note any damage before signing. Electrical connection must be carried out by a competent, certified electrician at the customer's cost.

New, ex-display and clearance hot tubs include a one-year warranty on electrical components. Pre-loved hot tubs include a 90-day warranty on electrical components. Warranties cover repair or replacement of faulty components and do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper water chemistry, freezing, or unauthorised repairs.

Consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, subject to the goods being unused and in their original condition. Return transport of hot tubs is at the customer's cost unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Service plans, relocation, winter shut down and call-out visits are subject to availability and to the scope described on the relevant service page. Additional mileage, parts or work outside the stated scope will be quoted before being carried out.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the goods or services concerned.
